Sagarika is a Paralegal at KMT where she has been assisting in the firm’s private/commercial client Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Matrimonial departments and Contentious Probate. 

Her experience has included assisting in significant inter-jurisdictional matters. One international litigation case involved proceedings which were issued by one party in the New York Supreme Court but was sought by another party to be determined in Spain.

Sagarika has also been assisting in the administration of a UK Estate of a dual nationality French citizen who lived in the UK. The contentious matter, which also dealt with the issue of capacity, involved liaising with a French court-appointed lawyer, and complying with French Court Orders.

Sagarika graduated with LLB (Honours) from the University of Exeter and is currently completing her Legal Practice Course with an LLM at The University of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Sagarika did her traineeship at ADG Legal, Dubai UAE and worked as a Legal Trainee to the High Court judge in Bangalore.

She is fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi.
