Dispute Resolution
In an increasingly competitive, commercial world, disputes are unfortunately a fact of life.
Our clients turn to us when they are faced with challenging disputes that require a pragmatic and commercial approach. Our word-of-mouth recommendations are based upon our success in winning cases, without running up excessive costs.
At Karam, Missick & Traube, our method is straightforward, strategic and sensible, whereby, in collaboration with our clients, we explore all avenues before contemplating the most productive and cost-effective way forward.
Acknowledging the potential expenses associated with litigation, we endeavor to resolve matters initially through alternative means such as mediation, arbitration, adjudication, or other forms of dispute resolution.
We have extensive experience representing diverse clients ranging from large corporations to SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, employers, and contractors across various industries, both domestically and internationally.
We analyse the merits of each case by closely looking at the full picture before determining the best strategy. We recognise that each case is unique and requires a well-crafted bespoke solution, where we take ownership of the dispute, to meet our client’s goals.
